We can't guarantee team composition but we'll do our best. Teams depend on things like how many explorers sign up, the dates they can do, and so on.

First aid qualifications

Expedition teams require access to first aid.

If your team does not have enough people with first aid qualifications, you will need to complete those before being allowed to do an expedition.

We will provide information about training options in due course.

Dates & Team Allocation: This submission is a request for an expedition place, not a guaranteed booking. Expedition teams require a minimum number of participants to be viable. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, final allocations depend on participant numbers and volunteer availability, which may mean participants do not receive their preferred dates or requested teammates.
Scout Membership: is an active, registered member of Explorer Scouts or Scout Network.
Training Commitment: They will complete all required online learning modules on the LMS and attend all mandatory in-person preparation, route planning, and training sessions prior to the expedition.
Code of Conduct & Safety: They will abide by the SEEE Code of Conduct and The Scout Association’s National Policies (including Safeguarding, Anti-Bullying, and Safety rules) at all times.
Health & Medical Accuracy: All medical, allergy, dietary, and emergency contact details provided in this form are complete and accurate, and I will promptly inform the leadership team of any changes before the event.
Terms & Privacy: I have read and agree to the SEEE Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and understand how personal and medical data will be processed and shared to administer the award. I consent that my OSM records will be shared with SEEE for these purposes.
